Everyone is honest there, So friendly!

Very reasonable, and great people to boot! I needed two new tires, and an oil change, as I’d been neglecting my truck lately. Ended up having to reschedule my appointment, and they had no issue with that. My appointment took less than an hour, and wasn’t even that painful for my wallet. Great place, will be going back for my next bit of maintenance.

I have been using Butner Car Service for the 10 years I’ve lived in Butner. Sammy and the rest of the folks have been nothing but friendly, helpful and trustworthy. They keep a log of completed services and recommended services for my vehicle based on what they’ve previously done and the current mileage. When I was shopping for a new car, I called Sammy to get service recommendations on the different vehicles I was test driving. He was patient and honest, and his feedback was extremely helpful in making my purchase decision. BCS and I have a great relationship, and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. It’s like the family doctor for your car. Highly recommended.

Always great service and reasonably priced.

Had a flat tire, which ended up needing to be replaced. Butner Car Service was able to get the tire by the next day. Also got oil change and state inspection. They are truly a one-stop shop for car issues. Sammy was polite, and let me know of other issues that they noticed with my car, but not pushy about getting them fixed there. As I work in the same town, I choose them for both convenience and professionalism.
